As a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, Neil has spent over 15 years managing complex global projects and over eight years specifically in project management roles with the UK Ministry of Defence and the US Department of Defence. 

His career is highlighted by his strategic leadership in launching market entries across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America. Neil's recent role as Project Manager for a major healthcare organisation showcases his capability in driving new project startups and market entries in challenging international markets. 

Notably, he successfully delivered a critical COVID-19 Field Hospital project in Ghana and managed the development of a permanent hospital facility in Libya, underscoring his profound impact on global healthcare infrastructure. Neil's proactive approach and exceptional ability to negotiate and manage commercial contracts have consistently improved operational efficiencies and driven significant business growth.

Dr. Bruce Strover is a highly experienced Specialist Anaesthetist and expert in both emergency and routine medical care across diverse environments. 

With a profound medical background and a Specialist Anaesthetist (from the University of Cape Town),  with over 25 years experience, Bruce has led significant clinical teams, notably as the Head of Department in South Africa and as the Clinical Lead for a COVID ICU in Ghana. His robust medical career is supplemented by extensive involvement in international health projects, including roles with the armed forces, where he excelled in developing protocols and leading medical operations under challenging conditions.

Bruce's extensive training and practice in ultrasound-guided anaesthesia and point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) reflect his commitment to advancing medical practices and education. He has substantial experience in austere and remote settings, evidenced by his work in conflict zones and isolated communities. As a seasoned educator, Bruce has supervised medical education globally, demonstrating his passion for mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals.

His diverse skills are further demonstrated by his innovative approach to medical protocol development and his active participation in international medical relief efforts. Bruce's dedication to medical excellence is evident in his leadership roles and his ongoing commitment to improving healthcare standards and accessibility worldwide.

Johannes Hendrik Botha is a seasoned Emergency Medical Services and Security professional with over 35 years of specialized experience in high-risk and remote environments. 

Johannes has demonstrated expertise in security operations, close protection, and medical management across continents including the Middle East, Africa, and South America. His robust background in project and operational management is evident in his effective leadership in roles ranging from Operations Director in Saudi Arabia to Group Chief Paramedic and Project Manager in various global locations.

Johannes is highly skilled in crisis management, having coordinated complex medical and security operations under extreme conditions. His notable contributions include leading the medical and security services during significant UN missions in Yemen and Afghanistan. Johannes holds an impressive array of certifications, including Paramedic and Flight Paramedic qualifications, and is a Certified International Instructor and Assessor with AREMT. 

He is proficient in multiple languages, including English, Arabic, and Dutch, and is known for his strategic problem-solving abilities, cultural sensitivity, and strong interpersonal communication skills. Johannes is committed to maintaining the highest standards of security and medical care, ensuring safety and compliance in every aspect of his professional undertakings.

Cole Tideswell is a Critical Care Flight Paramedic and Senior Emergency Health Instructor with a 18 years of experience across multiple continents. With an MBA from the University of South Wales and a Bachelor of Commerce in Business and Strategic Management, Cole combines clinical expertise with strategic leadership in emergency healthcare settings.

In the UAE, Cole has advanced emergency health education by developing and delivering diploma and BSc degree modules. His responsibilities include student advising, program development, and enhancing emergency medical training standards.

As Group Training Manager and Lead Paramedic, Cole led training initiatives across West Africa, significantly enhancing the operational effectiveness of emergency services in challenging environments. His international work spans roles in South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, Zambia, and the Middle East, adapting to diverse medical practices and managing care under extreme conditions.

Through his commitment to healthcare excellence, Cole Tideswell has made significant contributions to emergency medical services and education, establishing himself as a key figure in the field of international emergency care.

Dr. David Carman is a seasoned medical doctor with extensive expertise in the development of Linux-based systems for capturing and managing health data. With over 20 years of experience, Dave has specialised in creating secure, mobile web interfaces that streamline clinical care and facility management, particularly in remote and underserved areas.

His career highlights include the development of the first operational paperless patient management system in South Africa, which was used for managing multidrug-resistant TB patients and later adopted by the South African Medical Research Council. This system, praised for its robust data integrity, was maintained for 15 years.

Dave has also excelled in clinical data management, writing software that adheres to rigorous international standards, including the US FDA's 21 CFR Part 11. His work has supported numerous clinical studies and he has developed systems that have handled hundreds of thousands of patient records and transactions.

His deep understanding of the unique needs of clinicians has driven him to design health IT systems that enhance rather than complicate the workflow, ensuring that technology serves as a tool for efficiency and improved patient care.
